ESTATE PLANNING MICK JAGGER’S GIRL FRIEND

Let me tell you something you might not know about the recently deceased girl friend of Rolling Stones lead man, Mick Jagger.

High fashion designer, L’Wren Scott left her entire $9 million dollar estate by will to her boy friend.

Although Ms. Scott had surviving family members, she chose to omit those potential heirs from her will.

She had two siblings but they will receive nothing under the will’s terms.  Other than spouse and children, you may freely omit relatives from your will.

Had she not been specific with her intent to leave everything to her world famous boy friend, he would have received nothing because they were not married at the time of her death.

ALSO, she named Adam Glassman the creative director of O magazine  as the Executor of  her will.
