When you fail to direct who will be guardians, you throw the door open to a family free for all ----FIGHT!

Anybody can claim the right to be guardian.

Too many people assume that minor children will be put under the supervision of particular relatives if the parents are both dead.

That is not true.

It is up to the court system to appoint guardians for minor children.

The court system very much wants your direction as to appointment of guardians.

It is also very important to name alternate guardians in the event your primary guardians are unable to fulfill their duties.

You know better than anyone in the world who will best rear your children in the future should you not be here.

Don’t leave that decision to the court system.
