LET ME CAUTION YOU ABOUT SETTLING AN ESTATE BY YOURSELF
Let me caution you about settling a deceased person’s estate by yourself.
You are settling up that estate as executor or administrator to close out the business of the deceased person.
You want to be sure there will be no lawsuits or no family fights in the future.
It is easy to think you can do the quickie or cheapie or free method of estate settlement.
The problem is you will not know all the procedures to follow and all the papers, reports, tax returns, notices, accountings and evaluations that you need to handle.
Not knowing the laws of estate settlement, you won’t know all the procedures to follow.
Miss one procedure and that estate settlement may be attacked in the future for not being settled properly.
When the lawsuit comes against you personally, there will be a lawyer like me on the other side who does know what process was omitted what paper was not filed.
He will know about the missing link.
It is my job to protect my clients.
Involve me with the estate settlement right from the start.
We will get all the papers prepared and filed.
You want that estate settled so you never have to think about it again.
Call me.
