For instance, your corporate charter, organizational meetings, annual meetings, bylaws, tax selections, tax identification number, stock certificates, stock ownership register.

I will prepare or obtain all of the paper work to be certain your minute book is structured correctly.

Remember that without proper documentation, your corporation could fail and you would lose the protection from lawsuit liability you need.

Should your corporation ever be examined by the Internal Revenue Service or by a plaintiff in a civil lawsuit, it is most important that the opposing side know they are dealing with a corporation that is properly established and operated as evidenced by a well organized, complete corporate minute book.
